General Questions/New to Joomla! 3.x • Re: Trying to access an old Joomla site (local backup) - get "fatal error: array and string offset syntax (etc.)"

Thanks Per Yngve. Presumably I do this by installing an older version of XAMPP which I can get here https://www.apachefriends.org/download.html but any ideas which version should I be downloading?
