So when you enter your admin username and password and select the Login button the page just reloads with no message of any kind, right? If I use dud credentials I get a Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet..
If I switch off JavaScript and enter dud credentials I get the Login form reloaded with no message.
Open your browser Developer Tools and see if there are any Error messages when you try to login.
